Apostle Prof. Opoku Onyinah is the immediate Past Chairman of the Church of Pentecost, the largest Pentecostal denomination in Ghana, with branches in 150 countries, and a former president of Ghana Pentecostal and Charismatic Council. Currently, he lectures at Pentecost University, Accra, Ghana; President of the Bible Society of Ghana; and the Chairman of the Board of Directors, the National Cathedral of Ghana. He also serves as a Co-Chair, Africa Pentecostal Mission, and a Co-Chair of Global Network of Spirit-empowered Scholars, Empowered21. Prof. Onyinah has a Ph.D. in Theology from the University of Birmingham, UK, and has several scholarly works on Pentecostalism in Africa. These include Apostles and Prophets: The Ministry of Apostles and Prophets throughout the Generations, Eugene, Ore: Wift & Stock. 2022; Pentecostal Exorcism: Witchcraft and Demonology in Ghana, Blandford: Deo Publishing, 2012; Spiritual Warfare Cleveland: CPT Press, 2012.
